SRINAGAR: During a block convention in Rawalpora area of Srinagar, National Conference vice-president Omar Abdullah said that the party’s patron and Member of Parliament from Srinagar, Dr Farooq Abdullah, will not participate in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
Omar Abdullah cited health reasons as the cause for Farooq Abdullah’s decision not to contest the polls.
