For LAHDC Elections, 180 Candidates Filed Nomination From 26 Constituencies

For the upcoming 3^rd General Election of LAHDC Kargil, 180 candidates have filed their candidature from 26 constituencies.

The elections are going to be held on August 22, 2013. The nomination filing date started from July 27 and the last date was August 3, 2013.

According to the officials, Choskore and Poyen constituency has recorded the highest number of candidates in which 17 candidates filed their candidature in each constituency and Chiktan and Stakchey Khangral constituency has recorded the lowest nomination, 2 candidates each constituency filed their candidature.  The last date for the withdrawal of Names is August 6, 2013.
