The government forces launched a cordon and search operation in Jablipora village of Bijbehara area in south Kashmir’s Islamabad district.
Reports said that Rashtriya Rifles of Indian Army, CRPF and Special Operations Group of Jammu and Kashmir Police have sealed Jablipora village and launched search operation after receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
The heavy concentration of the forces was witnessed in the area and all the routes leading to Jablipora had been sealed, and house to house search operation is going on.
