Forces on Wednesday launched a cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) in Sheikhpora village in Shangus area of Islamabad district in south Kashmir.
Reports said that a joint team of army and Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police launched the operation in the area after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
They said that a large number of troops have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation has started in the area.
