Srinagar: Forces on Thursday launched a cordon-and-search-operation (CASO in Goripora of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said that a joint team of army and Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police launched the operation following inputs about the presence of militants in Goripora village.
The search operation was going on when the last reports came in.Further details are awaited.
