Foreign militant arrested in South Kashmir: Police

SRINAGAR

Forces on Friday claimed the arresting of a Lashkar- e-Taiba (LeT) Commander from Kulgam district of south Kashmir.

Mohammad Naveed Jath alias Abu Hanzallah, a resident of Multan in Pakistan, was arrested by a joint team of Army and police from the Behibag area of Kulgam district, police sources said.

One AK rifle, two magazines and 60 rounds of ammunition have been recovered from the possession of Hanzalla, who according to police was functioning as district commander of LeT in south Kashmir.
