Former MLA Tangmarg and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader Abbas Wani resigned from the party on Monday.
Reports said that in a letter to party president Mehbooba Mufti, Wani informed her about his decision to resign from the basic membership of the party.
Earlier, former finance minister Dr Haseeb Drabu, Shia leader Imran Ansari and his uncle Abid Ansari resigned from the PDP.
