SRINAGAR: Two-time Congress MP from Jammu and Kashmir, Madan Lal Sharma passed away on Wednesday at the age of 68.
Sharma represented Jammu-Poonch constituency in the 14th and 15th Lok Sabha.
He also contested the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections from Congress but was defeated by the BJP candidate Jugal Kishore Sharma.
