SRINAGAR: Four employees of Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial (JLNM) hospital in Srinagar’s Rainawari area suffered minor injuries in a fire incident at the hospital on Monday afternoon, reports said.
Quoting Deputy Medical Superintendent of JLNM hospital, Dr Bilques Shah news agency KNO reported that the rooftop of the building housing the Oxygen plant caught fire while welding work was going on there.
Four employees of the hospital were injured while putting out the flames and averting a major tragedy, Dr Shah said adding the employees are stable.
The timely efforts of the employees prevented loss of property at the hospital.
