Panic gripped Sherbagh, a relaxing point, in southern Kashmir’s Islamabad town as police and paramilitary forces launched a cordon and search operation on Wednesday morning.
Locals said four arrests were made during the search operations but police refused to give details immediately.
A large number of people had come to relax at the Garden from the hospitals. They got panicked as soon as troopers in large numbers surrounded the garden. The forces also took away four persons with them, the locals said.
