SRINAGAR: Four persons, three of them from Bihar, were injured in a collision between a private car and a tipper in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday evening.
Quoting official sources, news agency GNS reported that the tipper bearing registration number JK03E-7521 and the car bearing number DL7CF-4775 collided near Shankerpora Shahabad, leaving at least four people injured.
The injured identified as Parvaiz Alam, son of Mohammad Alam of Bihar, Mohammad Sajid son of Mohammad Alam of Bihar, Mohammad Noushad son of Shamshar Ahmad of Bihar and Amir Rasheed son of Abdul Rasheed of Downipawa Anantnag were removed to hospital.
A police officer said that a case has been registered and an investigation started.
