Four persons were injured, four of them critically in aaccident on Srinagar -Leh Highway in Prang area of Ganderbal district late Wednesday afternoon, Police said.
A Scorpio bearing regastration no JK07-1753 collided with an Alto K-10 bearing regestration no JK01AD-7388 at Dretengo near Prang area, leaving four persons injured.
“The injured were shifted to District Hospital Kangan for treatment where from two seriously injured were shifted to SKIMS Soura for specialized treatment,” they said.
The injured persons have been identified as Muhammad Abdullah son ofAb Jabber; Ms Amina wife of Bashir Ahmad residents of Drass, Driver of the Scorpio Khurshid Ahmad resident of Margil; Driver of Alto Sameer Ahmad Shah resident of Buchpora.
A police official said that police have registered a case in this regard and taken up the investigation.
