The plains of Kishtwar district witnessed light rains, while the hilly regions recorded fresh snowfall on Saturday. The recently opened Kishtwar-Sinthan-Anantnag road also witnessed a fresh spell of snowfall.
As per sources, due to fresh snowfall at Sinthan Top, the vehicle movement en route to Srinagar from Kishtwar was also disrupted.
Reports said that light rains were witnessed in the area followed by snowfall especially in the surroundings of the Sinthan.
