SRINAGAR: Razdan top, a high mountain pass connecting Gurez valley with Bandipora district in north Kashmir, witnessed fresh snowfall on Monday. This comes just a days after another top in the region witnessed light snowfall.
Quoting an official Kashmir Scroll reported that Razdan Top received light snowfall overnight while the plains of Kashmir were doused with rains.
