SRINAGAR: The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is accepting online applications for various positions, including Joint Director, Senior Manager, Deputy Director, Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Administrative Officer.
As per the official notification of FSSAI Recruitment 2024, interested candidates are required to complete their online application on the official website. The deadline for the online application process is January 29, 2024 and the last date for the submission of printout of the online application is February 16, 2024.
Applicants are required to possess a BTech or MTech degree, or a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution.
Candidates must not exceed the age of 56 to be eligible for FSSAI Recruitment 2024 and there are total 26 vacancies available for the posts.
The recruitment posts have a particular number of vacancies such as Joint Director (four posts), Senior Manager (two posts), Deputy Director (seven posts), Manager (three posts), Assistant Director (two posts), Deputy Manager (four posts), and Administrative Officer (four posts).
The required qualification for the mentioned posts involves:
• For administrative officer: The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or Institution and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing administration, finance, human resource development, and/or vigilance and accounts matters, as per the specific requirements of the position.
• For Deputy Manager (IT): The candidate should hold a B Tech or M Tech in Computer Science or a related Engineering Discipline, or MCA, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a pertinent field. A total of 6 years of professional experience is required, with a minimum of 03 years specifically in the relevant field.
• For Assistant Director: The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution; and 6 years of experience in handling administration, finance, human resource development or/or vigilance and accounts matters depending on the post requirement.
The appointment is based on deputation for duration of two years. Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary of up to Rs 2,09,200 according to the posts.
