SRINAGAR: United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is offering a fully funded PhD scholarship in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, for the year 2025. The scholarship is open to students from all over the world. The application process is online, and the deadline to apply is March 31, 2025.
The scholarship covers full tuition fees, provides a monthly stipend, and includes health insurance. Additionally, recipients may receive an extra bonus of AED 3,000 for an external research project or AED 2,000 for an internal research project.
To be eligible, applicants must have a Master’s degree GPA of 3.5 or higher (out of 4). They must not be employed or receiving any other financial sponsorship. Furthermore, their previous research project or thesis must be related to Renewable Energy, Transportation, Health, Water, Technology, or Space.
Applicants need to submit a copy of their passport, official transcripts for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, an IELTS test score, and a CV. They must also provide two letters of recommendation from supervisors and a document outlining their research experience.
