SRINAGAR: Dr Bilal Mohiuddin, District Election Officer (DEO) Srinagar, on Saturday said that various innovative methods are being employed to raise awareness about voting among individuals aged 18 and above.
DEO Srinagar highlighted that a “Nukkad Natak” (street play) was performed on Saturday at Ganta Ghar (Clock Tower) to emphasise the significance of voting.
He further mentioned that musical events, street plays, and other activities are being organised under the SVEEP campaign to raise awareness among individuals above 18 years old.
“We are utilising creative approaches to inform the public,” he remarked.
Notably, DEO Srinagar served as the Chief Guest during the event—(KNO)
