Gazanfar Hussain took over as Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir Monday.
The Divisional Commissioner was warmly received by the officers and officials at a function organised in this connection.
Speaking on the occasion, he urged the officers to work with dedication to ameliorate the sufferings of people.

On this occasion, outgoing Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Rohit Kansal expressed his wishes to Gazanfar.
