Senior separatist leader and chairman Hurriyat Conference (G) Syed Ali Geelani called for a complete shutdown on August 10, Saturday against the Kishtwar incident.
According to the spokesman, Geelani termed the incident as a genocide of muslims and an effort to crush their voices. He appealed to people to observe complete shutdown as a mark of protest.
Pertinently according to the reports seventy structures were gutted in fire including the hotel Chogan after the two clash between the two communities.
