Chairman All Parities Hurriyat Conference (G) Syed Ali Geelani has appealed for complete shutdown on 1st May 2014 (Thursday) and peaceful protest demonstration after Friday prayers against the killing of an innocent youth Owais Ahmad Shah in Gratabal Nawakadal Srinagar.
According to a party statement, while strongly condemning the unprovoked firing by the CRPF and police on the peaceful demonstration, Geelani said that this is another blot on the face of Indian so-called big democracy.
