Paying glorious tributes to slain Hizb militant Adil Chopan, Hurriyat patriarch Syed Ali Geelani on Tuesday said, the sacrifices of the “martyred youth” are the most precious assets of the ongoing resistance struggle.
Recalling the sacrifices of these “martyrs”, Geelani said that these martyrs sacrificed their today for our tomorrow.
Geelani said that resistance leadership and whole nation shares the grief and extended his sympathies and condolences with the grieved family.
Meanwhile, a Hurriyat (m) spokesman also paid glowing tributes to Adil Ahmed Chopan stating that lingering Kashmir dispute is the root cause of the bloodshed and delaying its resolution will further lead to loss of people.
The spokesman said that Kashmiri people are struggling for past seven decades for their legitimate rights and have giving sacrifices of all sorts, be it human lives or property besides facing worst form of suppression by New Delhi.
