Paying tributes to militants killed in Gulshanpora Tral encounter, Hurriyat (g) Conference chairman, Syed Ali Geelani said that these brave youth are sacrificing their today for the freedom of our land, while as he condemned the police action against the protestors and said that government forces in one hand kill of youth and other hand use its brute force who protest against these killings.
Hurriyat chairman in a statement said that state people are facing extreme situations and during and after these encounters the civilian populations are subjected to arbitrary measures
Blaming stubborn attitude of political leadership for continuous bloodshed, Hurriyat chairman said that their denial and unconcern is the sole reason for this unabated bloodshed in Jammu and Kashmir and reiterating his stand that the UN resolutions guarantee the peaceful and amicable solution of this long-standing dispute in accordance with the wishes and aspirations of people of Jammu and Kashmir.
