SRINAGAR: Gold prices in India rose on Friday, with the price of the precious metal increasing to Rs 13,985.11 per gram from Rs 13,904.04 a gram on Thursday, according to data compiled by FXStreet.
The price of gold also increased on a per-tola basis, rising to Rs 163,119.60 from Rs 162,174.00 a tola a day earlier.
The latest figures represent a rise of Rs 81.07 per gram and Rs 945.60 per tola compared with Thursday’s prices.
