Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, on Saturday, while reiterating that her government was committed to ‘honourable return’ of Kashmiri Pandits, said that Kashmir belongs to them as much as it does to any other community.
“We are committed to the honourable return of Kashmiri Pandits to the valley with dignity. Kashmir belongs to them as much as it does to any other community. They are an enduring symbol of J&K’s composite culture and syncretic identity,” Mehbooba Tweeted.
“Today I seek a sustained process of reconciliation between all groups & communities in J&K. In their Peace lies the future of peace in J&K. 2/2,” she Tweeted.
