Winter capital and Islamabad district in Jammu and Kashmir have witnessed highest number of adulteration cases in 2014-15, 16 while Kishtwar district registered only two such cases.
In a written reply to National Conference Eidgah lawmaker, Mubarak Gul, the J&K Government Wednesday said that it imposed a fine of Rs 10755298 on the cases decided.
A total number of 1029 adulteration cases were registered by the government.
