As part of the ongoing fortnight long Kashmir Tourism Festival-2013, the Department of Tourism organized a Special Qawali Programme by Aslam Sabri and Party at the SKICC, here last evening.
The Governor of the state NN Vohra, was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
As per a statement the Governor interacted with Sabri, a well known Qawali singer of the country and congratulated him for his performance, which enthralled the audience.
