Governor NN Vohra Thursday orders the following transfers in the civil administration:
Vinod Kaul, IAS:98, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, ARI, Trainings and Stationery& Office Supplies, be transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Science & Technology Departments, relieving Shri Shailender Kumar, IAS:95, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Industries & Commerce of the additional charge.
Dr. Arun Kumar, IAS:79, Vice-Chairman and DG, IMPA shall hold the charge of the post of Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Pramod Kumar Jain, IAS:85, Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal be transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner, Revenue, relieving Mr. R.K. Goyal, IAS:90, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department of the additional charge.
Sandeep Kumar Nayak, IAS:88, Principal Secretary to the Government, Relief & Rehabilitation Department, be transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, relieving Mr. Farooq Ahmed Shah, IAS:04, Managing Director, J&K Tourism Development Corporation of the additional charge.
Baseer Ahmed Khan, IAS:01, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K, be transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department.
R.K. Bhagat, IAS:01, Secretary in the Industries & Commerce Department, be transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Transport Department.
Mohd. Afzal Bhat, IAS:01, Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department shall hold additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Relief and Rehabilitation Department till further orders.
