SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik’s administration on Tuesday has shifted the stare intelligence chief and now Dr B Srinivas (IPS) is the new intelligence chief.
Abdul Gani Mir who was leading the state police intelligence organization is now the Additional Director General Police Headquarters, where there was an available vacancy.
Srinivas was awaiting adjustment and has led this organization once. However, the immediate reasons for the transfer were not immediately known.
