Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday ordered transfers and posting of senior police officers.
According to government Order No.606 -Home of 2019 Dated 13.06.2019 V K Singh, IPS(JK:1987), Commandant General, HG/CD & SDRF, J&K, with additional charge of the post of Director, F&ES, J&K, is transferred and posted as DGP (Prisons), relieving Dilbag Singh, IPS of the additional charge of the post.
He shall, however, continue to hold the charge of the post of Director, F&ES, J&K, till further orders.
Satish Khandaree, IPS (JK:1995) upon completion of term of his Central deputation on 14.05.2019, is posted as IGP (Prisons) against an available vacancy. He shall take over the charge of the post on his joining after availing the Earned leave.
Vijay Kumar, IPS (JK:1997), awaiting orders of posting in the PHO, is posted as IGP (Armed), Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Sujit Kumar, IPS (JK:2007), in-charge DIG, Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range, is transferred and posted as in-charge DIG, Udhampur-Reasi Range, relieving Bhim Sen Tutti, IPS of the additional charge of the post.
Vivek Gupta, IPS (JK: 2007) in-charge DIG Rajouri-Poonch Range, shall hold the charge of the post of DIG, Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
