SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Sunday ordered a reshuffle in the administration.

According to Government Order No 916-JK(GAD) of 2022 issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Preeti Sharma, JKAS, Chief Executive Officer, Katra Development Authority, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Jammu, against an available vacancy.

Gias-ul-Haq, JKAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gool, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar, Gool, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ramban, against an available vacancy.

Sartaj Hussain, JKAS, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department, is transferred and posted as Depubl Director, Estates, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.

Parvinder Kour, JKAS, Deputy Director, Geology and Mining, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Jammu Municipal Corporation, against an available vacancy.

Patveen Akhter, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Deputy Director (Administration) in the Directorate of   and Handloom, Jammu, against an available vacancy.

Nagesh Singh, JKAS, ETO, City Excise Range (North), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Samba, relieving Sunil Kumar, JKAS, Project Manager IWMP, Samba of the additional charge of the post.

Noor-ud-din Bhat, JKAS, CTO (Enforcement), Central, is transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Bandipore, against an available vacancy.

Gurpinder Singh, JKAS, State Taxes Officer in the office of Deputy Commissioner (Stamps), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Poonch, against an available vacancy.

According to Government Order No.911-JK(GAD) of 2022, Babita Kumai Pandita, Private Secretary, is transferred from ARI & Trainings Department and shall report in the  General Administration Department for further posting.

Saudat Jan, I/c Private Secretary, awaiting orders of  adjustment in the J&K Advisory Board for Development of Gujar& Bakerwals is transferred and posted in the ARI &  Trainings Department.

Asif Ahmad Bhat, Section officer, is transferred from  Floriculture, Gardens and Parks Department and posted in  the Agriculture Production Department.

Mohammad Iqbal Mir, 1/c Section Officer, is transferred from Agriculture Production Department and posted in the  Floriculture, Gardens and Parks Department.

Priya Gupta, Senior Stenographer, is transferred from  Mining Department and posted in the ARI & Trainings  Department to work with Administrative Secretary.

Suhail Nazir Bhat, Senior Stenographer, is transferred  from General Administration Department and posted in the  Mining Department to work with Administrative Secretary.

Neeraj Sharma, Junior Stenographer, under orders of  transfer to Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, Raj Bhavan, is transferred and posted with the Chairman, J&K Real Estate Regularity Authority, on ex-cadre basis.

Sunil Kumar, Junior Stenographer, awaiting orders of  adjustment is transferred and posted in the Lieutenant  Governor’s Secretariat, Raj Bhavan.

Rajinder, Kumar, Junior Assistant, is transferred from the General Administration Department and posted in the office  of Chairman, J&K Real Estate Regularity Authority, on ex  cadre basis.

Gh Hassan Rather, Junior Assistant of erstwhile State  Human Rights Commission, is deputed in the office of  Chairman, J&K Real Estate Regularity Authority, for a period  of one year subject to the condition that he shall retain  and seniority in his parent Department viz; Department of  Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs.

Mohammad Rafiq Khan, Class-IV of erstwhile State  Human Rights Commission, is deputed to the office of  Chairman, J&K Real Estate Regularity Authority, for a period  of one year subject to the condition that he shall retain seniority in his parent Department viz; Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs.

Hussam Din, Class-IV, J&K Handloom Development Corporation presently deployed in the General Administration  Department is deputed to the office of Chairman, Real Estate Regularity Authority, for a period of one year on the same terms and conditions as contained in his initial deputation order.

The salary of the officials figuring at Sr. No. 10 & 11 shall continue to be drawn from the Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, on the production of monthly attendance certificate from the concerned office.

All the above officials shall be deemed to have been relieved.
