Students of Government Polytechnic College Larkipora in Islamabad district Saturday complained about absence of heating arrangements, while college in running in the harsh winter period.
As it is the coldest period of the year, there is no heating arrangement in classrooms where we study for whole day, a student told Kashmir Life.
He said that they raised the issue with the administration but they are overlooking the matter and putting our health at risk.
The students said that the intense cold conditions in classrooms are unbearable and students often fall sick.
The only polytechnic college southern part of Kashmir was recently shifted from its makeshift building to the main structure that has been partially completed.
