Grenade hurled at police station Shopian, no loss

Unknown persons on Monday hurled grenade at a police station in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.

An official said the grenade was hurled at the Police Station Shopian at around 8.20 pm, but it missed the target and exploded outside the boundary wall.

However, there were no immediate reports of any injury or damage.

Soon after the attack, forces cordoned off the area and launched a hunt for the attackers.
