A hailstorm on Friday afternoon wrecked havoc in many areas of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, including Ajas and Hajin area.
Reports said that the hailstorm caused heavy damage to various horticultural as well as agricultural fields. The hailstorms also hit the bloom on most of the horticulture.
Local sources said that fast rains turned into a violent hailstorm damaged orchards and other crops in Ajas and other adjoining areas of the district.
