One among the two injured Special Operations Group (SOG) personnel of Jammu and Kashmir Police has succumbed to his injuries.
Injured during the gunfight, reports said that one identified as Zaheer Abbas has lost battle of life in hospital. Earlier he was rushed to 92 base hospital.
Meanwhile in the clashes, there are reports of pellet injuries to civilians. Locals told Kashmir Life that two among the injured are critical.
Army sources told Kashmir Life that operation has not been called off yet, but the firing has stopped.
While talking about the militant deaths, the sources said “nothing can be said off right now.”
