SRINAGAR: The Executive Officer of the JK Hajj Committee on Monday released a communication, notifying selected pilgrims for Hajj 2024 to submit the third installment of the Balance Haj Amount by April 27, 2024, following the instructions provided in the circular received from the Hajj Committee of India.

“For pilgrims with Srinagar as the Embarkation Point, they shall have to pay Rs 1,53,050 if opted against Adhai/Qurbani, and Rs 1,68,230 if opted for Adhai/Qurbani. Similarly, for pilgrims with Delhi as the Embarkation Point, they shall have to deposit Rs 78,300 if opted against Adhai/Qurbani, and Rs 93,480 if opted for Adhai/Qurbani. And for the pilgrims who opt for Mumbai as the Embarkation point, they shall have to deposit Rs 69,350 if opted without Adhai/Qurbani, and Rs 84,530 if opted for Adhai/Qurbani,” it reads.

Furthermore, it clarifies that individuals who have not indicated a preference for Adhai/Qurbani should refrain from making payment for it. The required amount is to be remitted to the Haj Committee of India using the suitable Pay-in-Slip, accessible on www.hajcommittee.gov.in, either at any branch of SBI/UBI or online via www.hajcommittee.gov.in.

The last date for payment of the Balance Haj Amount is April 27, 2024.
