The Opposition lawmakers are on toes and seeking justice in Handwara civilian killings.
Leading the sloganeering, former minister and Khanyar lawmaker, A M Sagar demanded immediate punishment to the killer of five civilians in Handwara.
“Handwara Ka Qaatilun Ko, Pesh Karo Pesh Karo, Saza Do Saza Do,” Sagar led the sloganeering.
“Bhashan Nai Ration Do, Ration Ration,” the opposition raised the slogans.
The lawmakers forced themselves in well while marshals, over a dozen in numbers, are keeping them away from reaching to the desk of speaker.
While all this is going on, PC’s Bashir Ahmad Dar is seeking answer to issues of his people and A R Veeri is responding.
Chief Minister, Ms Mehbooba Mufti, is silently watching all this while her predecessor and leader of opposition, Omar Abdullah is apparently the calm person this session.
Today, independent legislator, Er Rasheed has joined the Opposition ranks and is seeking justice in Handwara killings issue.
