SRINAGAR: The High Court of JK and Ladakh on Wednesday ordered the transfer and posting of judicial officers in the interest of administration.

As per an order issued by Registrar General Sandeep Kour, currently serving as the 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge in Srinagar, is transferred with her services placed at the disposal of Chief Justice of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh.

Shabir Ahmad Malik, the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge in Baramulla, is now transferred and posted as the Principal District and Sessions Judge in Kargil, filling the vacancy left by Shri Iqbal Ahmad Masoodi.

Yash Pal Sharma, currently the Principal District and Sessions Judge in Leh, has been transferred and posted as the Presiding Officer of the Fast Track Court (POCSO) in Jammu, against an available vacancy.

Pawan Kumar Sharma, Additional District and Sessions Judge in Baramulla, is assigned the additional charge of the Court of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge in Baramulla.

Iqbal Ahmad Masoodi, the former Principal District and Sessions Judge in Kargil, takes up the role of the 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge in Srinagar, succeeding Ms. Sandeep Kour.

Spalzes Angmo, the Member Secretary of Ladakh Legal Services Authority, assumes the additional charge of the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge in Leh.

Rajni Sharma, the Special Mobile Magistrate (T) in Jammu, sees a transfer with her services now at the disposal of Chief Justice of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh.

Parvin Pandoh, currently the Joint Registrar Judicial (Protocol) in the High Court Wing Jammu, is transferred and appointed as the Special Mobile Magistrate (T) in Jammu, succeeding Rajni Sharma.

Fozia Paul, the City Judge in Srinagar, and Sajad ur Rehman, the Sub Judge in Uri, exchange their respective places of postings.
