SRINAGAR: High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh will observe summer vacations from June 19, 2023 upto July 8, 2023.
“It is hereby notified that the Honorable High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will observe summer vacations from the 19th of June 2023 to the 8th of July 2023 (both days inclusive). The period from the 19th day of June to the 24th of June 2023 shall be a ‘No Work Period’ for the Honorable High Court,” reads an order.
The High Court has appointed judges to hear cases during the vacation period. Justice Rajesh Sekhri and Justice Rahul Bharti will hear matters at the Jammu Wing, while matters related to the Srinagar Wing will be heard by Justice Moksha Khajuria and Justice Wasim Sadiq Nagral.
