Hideout busted in Kulgam, arms, ammunition recovered

The Jammu and Kashmir police claimed to have busted a hideout in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district. They said arms and ammunition were recovered from the spot.

The police spokesman said that on a credible input, a joint party of Police and other forces busted a hide-out in a residential house at Yaripora area of District Kulgam and recovered arms and ammunition including grenades and live rounds from the spot.

Police has registered a case in the instant matter and investigation has been initiated. “One person Mohammad Ayoub Rather of Yaripora has been arrested in this connection,” police said.
