Army Wednesday said that it along with the Jammu and Kashmir Police busted a hideout in North Kashmir’s Handwara town and recovered huge cache of arms, ammunition and war like stores.
In a statement to CNS, Army spokesperson said that based on a specific input, a joint search operation of Army and JKP was launched in the forest area near village Boban Watsar of Handwara. “A hideout was busted during the search operation and a large cache of war like stores including two Sniper Rifle, one UBGL, one Pistol and assorted grenades and ammunition was recovered.”
