SRINAGAR: After a judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court was detected positive for Covid19, the courtroom has been sealed. Almost 15 officials who are working with the judge are being tested.
The judge was tested positive for Covid19 on Monday. Officials in Jammu told reporters that he had flown from Srinagar on Friday and was attending cases on Monday.
As many as 150 fresh cases were reported on Monday, taking the overall caseload of active cases to 1626, of them, 1345 in the Kashmir region. Srinagar city tops the infection chart. Jammu and Kashmir has lost 4476 people to Covid19, so far.
In Jammu, authorities indicated they will be reopening the DRDO Hospital.
