SRINAGAR: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh on Friday ordered adherence to uniform for the staff of e-courts and IT Sections of both court wings.
The order has been passed on the recommendation of the Hon’ble Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Committee and has been approved by Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
The uniform for male staff has been prescribed as Blue suit (Pant and Coat), white shirt, blue tie (with e-court logo) for e-court staff other than Class IV. For females, the uniform will be blue ladies Suit (Salwar-Kameez) with blue coat bearing name badge.
The uniform shall be procured after every two completed years as per the policy presently in vogue in the High Court in respect of other High Court staff for whom uniform is already prescribed.
