SRINAGAR: Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) has recently announced a recruitment drive for various regular posts, opening up opportunities for qualified individuals across different disciplines. Candidates must submit their applications by the deadline of January 31, 2024.

The positions include Manager (Civil), Dy. Manager (Civil), Asst. Manager (Civil), Manager (Electrical), Manager (Finance), Dy. Manager (Finance), Manager (HRM), Dy. Manager (HRM), Manager (Law), Dy. Manager (Law), and Manager (Company Secretary).

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must possess a full-time degree in Engineering in the relevant discipline with at least second class or a minimum of 55 per cent marks or equivalent from a recognized University, Deemed University, or an Institute recognized by AICTE.

The salary structure varies based on the position; Manager (Civil): Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- , Dy Manager (Civil): Rs 50,000-1,60,000/- , Assistant Manager (Civil): Rs 40,000-1,40,000/- , Manager (Electrical): Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- , Manager (Finance): Rs 60,000-1,80,000/-, Dy Manager (Finance): Rs 50,000-1,60,000/-, Manager (HRM): Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- , Dy. Manager (HRM): Rs 50,000-1,60,000/-, Manager (Law): Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- , Dy Manager (Law): Rs 50,000-1,60,000/-, Manager (Company Secretary): Rs 60,000-1,80,000/-

Applicants must meet the age criteria, with the upper age limit being 37 years for Manager (E-3), 33 years for Dy Manager (E-2), and 30 years for Asst Manager (E-1) as of December 23, 2023.

For successful application submission, candidates need to provide essential documents, including a photograph, signature, proof of date of birth, educational certificates, experience certificates, company turnover proof, caste certificate/OBC Certificate/EWS certificate, PWD certificate, and ex-serviceman certificate.

The application fee is Rs 1000/- for General, OBC & EWS category candidates, while SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities candidates are exempted from paying the application fees. Internal candidates are also exempted from the application fees. The payment must be made online, and once paid, the fee is non-refundable.

The selection process involves a Written Test/Computer-based Test (CBT) followed by a personal interview, adhering to the HSCL Board Approved Recruitment Rules. The written test/CBT consists of a Core Paper (related Discipline) of 100 marks and General Aptitude of 70 marks.
