SRINAGAR: A 16-year-old boy was killed after being hit by a speeding motorcyclist in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday evening, sources said.
Quoting sources, Kashmir Scroll reported that an unidentified motorcycle struck a boy aged around 16 years at Batapora Bagbal, critically injuring him. However, he was promptly taken to the sub-district hospital DH Pora, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, official sources also confirmed this road mishap and identified the deceased boy as Murtaza Manzoor, son of Manzoor Ahmed Shiekh of Pombay Nehama.
Additionally, police took cognizance of this road mishap.
