Militant outfit Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) has claimed responsibility for the IED blast that took place at Sopore on Friday.
Spokesman of Hizbul Mujahideen, identifying himself as Baleeguddin in a telephonic message to a local news agency KNS said the IED blast at Sopore was carried out by militants of the outfit.
