Jama’at-e-Islami (JeI) Jammu and Kashmir Saturday late evening vehemently condemned the killing of HMT youth.
In a statement, JeI said, “JeI denounces the brutality perpetrated by Indian forces upon innocent peaceful protestors against Modi’s unwelcome visit to the valley resulting in the death of a young person Gowhar Nazir Dar of HMT Srinagar.”
A youth who was hit by tear gas shell, identified as Gowhar Nazir Dar, was referred to SKIMS where he succumbed to his injuries.
“The people of Kashmir don’t like Indian political leaders coming here because they are responsible for oppression and suppression of the innocent people here for demanding their Right of Self Determination,” the statement said.
