Srinagar: One residential house was damaged due to snowfall in Sultanpura village of Bhaderwah area of Doda district.

Sources said due to Snowfall the house of Ghulam Nabi son of Mohammad Sadiq Shah, a resident of Sultanpura falling under the jurisdiction of police station Bhaderwah, got partially damaged due to recent heavy snowfall.
However, no loss of life or injury was reported in this incident and all the family members were safely evacuated from their house, sources added.
The Chenab region has witnessed season’s first snowfall since Monday night, resulting into the closure of all major link roads.
