Hurriyat Conference (M) Saturday hailed the statement of United States whereby it has said that it is open to exploring any role in resolving the Kashmir issue.

Expressing satisfaction over the US remarks, the conglomerate said the interest of world super powers in Kashmir once again proves the point the pending Kashmir dispute was dangerous for the security and peace of south Asia.

In a statement issued to a local news agency, KNS, the Hurriyat (M) has further said the statement also signifies that world is accepting Kashmir as a political dispute and negating the Indian claims that Kashmir was its integral part.

The spokesman said ignoring the interest and role offered by China and America in solving the K dispute while on the hand persisting with policy of stubbornness, would further push the region in deep instability. He said China has already offered its help to solve the dispute.

The spokesman said India should take note of international concern and seek help from world community to solve Kashmir for once and all.

Meanwhile, the spokesman said APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Bilal Gani Lone and Prof Abdul Gani Bhat would visit Delhi on the invitation of Pakistan high Commissioner, Salman Bashir. He added that the Hurriyat leaders are scheduled to meet Sartaj Aziz on Sunday to discuss the Kashmir issue.
