In I-league 2018-19, Kashmir’s football team Real Kashmir FC on Tuesday played against Mohun Bagan, also known as Kolkata giants, the team rode on a second half Dipanda Dicka strike to eke out a 1-0 win at Srinagar’s Synthetic Turf ground.

The league is currently being played in Kashmir, and this was the third match of the league.

Mohun Bagan’s striker Henry Kisekka, an Ugandan player headed his side to 1-0 lead, in the 7oth minute, which ultimately became a wonderful header for Aser Pierrick Dipanda Dicka. Dicka is a Cameroonian professional footballer.

In this league, Real Kashmir has lost two matches. Pertinently, for the first time, I-League debutants Real Kashmir Football Club have pulled off a major sponsorship coup by signing up sportswear giant Adidas for the national season. Till now, no other football team has an association with the global brand.
