Militants on Tuesday attacked an Army vehicle by detonating an IED at Nowpora Payeen in Pulwama South Kashmir.
An official said that around 3:30 am tried to blow up armoured vehicle (Casper) of 44 RR followed by firing upon army patrolling party in Navpora Payeen village of Pulwama district.
“Army vehicle has suffered some damages in the IED blast and militants managed to escape,” he said.
